Schaumburg Regional Airport Terminal

$2.5 Million Project • Value-Engineered to $2.1 Million

In a joint venture with Harrell Incorporated, Petra Builder Inc. redeveloped the regional airport terminal. Through strategic value engineering, the total project cost was reduced from $2.5M to $2.1M—meeting the Village’s budget while maintaining all performance, safety, and quality standards.

Naperville Fire Station #9

$2.5 Million • New Construction

A state-of-the-art fire station built to enhance emergency response for the Northeast Naperville community. Designed for durability and efficiency, the facility supports modern firefighting operations and long-term municipal service requirements.

Sunrise Lake Outdoor Education Center

 

$3.4 Million • NW School Districts

A uniquely engineered education center designed for extreme weather resilience. With half of the structure built underground, the facility provides protection from hurricanes and tornadoes while offering an engaging, functional, and safe environment for students.

U-46 Elgin School District Projects
